It is MtnRoo's mission to connect the people that make up the off-road/overland Subaru community. We encourage everyone to coomunicate and link up with the people that live near you through our chapters. Chapter Officers will ocasionally host events for people to do trail runs together. We offer a transparent returns policy that covers the return/exchange/refund of products.  

• Items must be in an unworn, unused and original condition
• You must contact us within 5 days of receiving order to claim
• You will need to cover postage costs for exchanges/returns
• Automotive items may be subject to a 30% restocking fee

WARRANTY & FAULTY ITEM RETURNS

We will work with you should an automotive item not meet your expectations and be covered under a manufactuer warranty.

This unfortunately does not cover change of mind on orders, automotive or clothing. Please be sure to read and verify that a clothing item will fit your size, and when in doubt, you're always welcome to reach out to info@mtnroo.com with any questions.

PURCHASES

You must provide complete and accurate details at the time of making your purchase. You may be required to provide additional details upon our request to ensure the accuracy of your order.

You must enter the correct delivery address and delivery instructions at the time of placing your order. If you enter an incorrect address, MtnRoo is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our own expense.
